PARENTS ARE WELCOME

Be involved in our McKinley family. Volunteering, attending school events and communicating with school staff will all benefit your child's education.

Promote education in the community by attending meetings, voting on educational issues and working with other parents.

Check with your child regularly to make sure you are receiving information that is being sent home.

Please keep address, phone numbers and emails current at school. All report cards are sent home by students throughout the school year except the final report card. This is the only one that is mailed.

ViPS - VOLUNTEERS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Volunteer at McKinley Middle Magnet School.

We are always in need of volunteers, either to help a teacher that could use a few extra hands, in the library sorting books, or even donations for supplies that are needed in the classrooms. Your help is always needed.

For your convenience, we have created a form to track your volunteer hours to our school. Please be sure to complete this form once you have completed your service.

YMCA EXTENDED DAY/AFTER-SCHOOL CAMP

The YMCA is sponsoring an extended day/afterschool camp at McKinley Middle.

The afterschool camp times are 2:30pm – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday. The cost is $45 weekly (members) and $50 weekly (non-members).

This camp is educational and will focus on assisting students with their homework. It will also provide snacks. Contact the YMCA Baranco Clark to sign up.
